Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain products/services clearly and professionally.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable offerings.
Follow up with leads and convert them into sales.
Maintain regular communication with customers.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily weekly and monthly sales targets.




Maintain accurate records of calls leads and follow-ups.

Requirements
23 years of experience in sales calling telecalling or inside sales.
Robust verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident persuasive and customer-focused personality.
Valuable follow-up and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with sales targets.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling skills.
Experience in a spiritual astrology wellness religious or related industry will be an added advantage.
