Own B2B sales end to end (the core of the job, ~60%). Prospect, meet, and build long-term

relationships with hospital project heads and doctor-owners. Manage and grow our channel-

partner relationship. Establish recent channels for lead generation. Run the pipeline from first call

to signed contract.
Coordinate marketing execution (~25%). You won't design posts yourself — you'll brief

freelancers and internal designers, own the content calendar, get project photography

organised, and make sure our digital presence reflects the quality of our work.
Be the founder's right-hand on growth (~15%). Cross-functional coordination with our project,

design, and billing teams when a client matter cuts across departments. Ad hoc strategic

projects including incubating current business verticals.

What we're looking for

Required:
MBA (any specialisation)



with 2–5 years of post-MBA experience
Hands-on B2B sales, key account management, or channel/partner management experience —

you have personally run client meetings and closed or renewed business
Comfortable in a small company: you coordinate people, but you also do the work yourself
Based in Mumbai and willing to travel to client sites and hospitals regularly

Strongly preferred:
Exposure to healthcare — hospitals, medical devices, diagnostics, pharma, healthcare

infrastructure, or hospital-facing services
Experience briefing or managing marketing/content execution (agency, freelancer, or in-house)

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
