Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Monitor daily team performance and provide coaching.

Handle customer escalations professionally.

Prepare daily and weekly sales reports.

Conduct team meetings and training sessions.

Work closely with management to improve sales strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred.

1-2 years of experience in sales/team handling.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Experience in the travel industry is an added advantage.
