Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Telecalling Executive to join our real estate firm. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, explaining property projects, generating leads, and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads.
- Explain real estate projects, properties, pricing, and offers to customers.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable properties.
- Strong Follow ups with interested customers regularly.
- Schedule property site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and Booking Targets.
- Build positive relationships with prospective customers & Sales Team.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Hindi/Basic-English/Marathi communication preferred.




- Confident and persuasive telephone manner.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Ability to handle customer queries professionally.
- Fresher candidates with good communication skills are welcome.
- Previous experience in real estate, telecalling, telesales, or customer service will be an advantage.
- Experience in CRM will be an advantage.
