Job description:

Go Kite Travel & Tours is hiring a Senior Holiday Consultant – B2C for our Head Office. We're a travel agency offering flight booking, visa services, customised holiday packages, and hotel bookings under one roof. We're looking for an experienced travel qualified with strong destination knowledge who can design compelling holiday packages, manage the full booking lifecycle, and deliver a seamless experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and sell customized holiday packages, both domestic and international.
- Handle client inquiries end-to-end — itinerary planning, costing, and bookings.
- Coordinate with suppliers, airlines, and hotels to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
- Upsell add-on services (activities, transfers, insurance, upgrades) and maintain robust customer relationships.




- Ensure high-quality service delivery and manage complete travel requirements from inquiry to post-trip follow-up.
- Stay updated on destination trends, seasonal offers, and competitor packages.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client preferences in the CRM.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in holiday/leisure travel planning.
- Strong destination knowledge and package creation skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle multiple bookings simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working with CRM and booking tools.
