Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer / BIM Modeler to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have strong practical knowledge of Autodesk Revit, BIM modeling, architectural modeling, Scan to BIM, PDF to BIM, and Revit documentation.

The candidate will be responsible for creating accurate and detailed 2D and 3D BIM models, developing architectural elements and families, preparing documentation sets, and supporting project requirements from concept through documentation.

Key Responsibilities
Develop accurate 2D and 3D architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
Create BIM models from laser scan data as part of Scan to BIM projects.
Convert existing drawings and PDF-based information into accurate Revit BIM models (PDF to BIM).
Read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings.
Create walls, floors, roofs, ceilings, doors, windows, stairs, railings, and other architectural components in Revit.
Develop detailed architectural models based on drawings, scans, and project requirements.
Prepare and maintain Revit documentation sets, including plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and sheets.
Ensure drawings and BIM models follow project standards, naming conventions, and required levels of detail.
Maintain accuracy and consistency throughout the BIM model and drawing set.




Communicate effectively with internal teams, project managers, and clients.

Required Skills
Candidates should have practical knowledge of the following:
Scan to BIM
PDF to BIM
Autodesk Revit
2D Architectural Modeling in Revit
3D Architectural Modeling in Revit
Revit Documentation Set Creation
Revit Families / Family Creation

Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
Candidates with relevant technical qualifications and strong practical Revit/BIM experience may also be considered.

Experience
