- Verify physical presence of equipment
- Verify asset tagging
- Check PM & calibration stickers validity
- Cross-verify engineer attendance and visit authenticity
- Verify actual work vs reported work
- Interact with hospital staff (Nursing, Biomedical Dept, Store)
- Verify spare replacement genuineness
- Validate breakdown complaint handling
- Fake PM reporting
- Non-working equipment marked “working”
- Missing spares
- Deployment of Untrained Engineer
- Unauthorized spare substitution
- Lead field auditors during hospital inspections
- Prepare field audit findings report
- Critical Checks
Qualification
Diploma / B. Tech Biomedical / Electronics
Experience
5-6 years in hospital biomedical service
