Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations

- Manage the day-to-day operations of the warehouse and stores.
- Ensure proper receiving, unloading, storage, and issuance of raw materials, hardware, accessories, consumables, and finished goods.
- Maintain systematic storage using FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out), where applicable.
- Ensure efficient space utilization and warehouse organization.

Inventory Management

- Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/software systems.
- Conduct daily, weekly, monthly, and annual stock verification.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor minimum, maximum, and reorder stock levels.
- Control inventory shrinkage, damage, and obsolete stock.

Material Coordination

- Coordinate with Procurement for timely receipt of materials.
- Issue materials to production as per approved requisitions.
- Ensure uninterrupted availability of:
- MDF, Plywood, Particle Boards, and Laminates
- Edge Bands
- Hardware & Fittings
- Adhesives & Consumables
- Packaging Materials
- Polishing and Finishing Materials
- Track material movement between warehouse and production.

Dispatch & Logistics

- Coordinate with the Dispatch team for timely shipment of finished goods.
- Verify packing lists, delivery challans, invoices, and dispatch documentation.
- Ensure correct loading, labeling, and handling of products to prevent transit damage.
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for on-time deliveries.

Team Management

- Supervise warehouse executives, storekeepers, helpers, and loading staff.




- Allocate daily work and monitor team performance.
- Train employees on warehouse procedures, inventory handling, and safety practices.
- Maintain attendance, discipline, and productivity within the department.

Quality & Compliance

- Ensure proper handling and storage to prevent material damage.
- Maintain traceability of inventory and stock movements.
- Follow company SOPs, audit requirements, and inventory control procedures.
- Support internal and external inventory audits.

Safety & Housekeeping

- Ensure compliance with warehouse safety standards.
- Enforce the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and implement 5S practices.
- Ensure safe operation of material handling equipment.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Warehouse Management, Commerce, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in warehouse or stores management, preferably in the modular furniture, woodworking, interior fit-out, or manufacturing industry.
- Experience managing large inventories and warehouse teams.

Working Conditions

- Factory and warehouse setting.
- Frequent movement across warehouse, stores, and production areas.
- Supervision of loading, unloading, and material handling activities.
- Occasional overtime during peak production or dispatch schedules.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
