We are hiring Office Head Regional Manager – 12+ Years for a leading General Insurance company.

This role is ideal for professionals with experience in Branch Management, General Insurance Sales, Operations Management, Team Leadership, Business Development, Channel Management, and Profitability Management, who can independently drive branch performance, lead large teams, and expand business across the Nashik and Marathwada region.

Responsibilities –

- Drive overall branch business and achieve monthly and annual revenue and GWP targets.
- Manage complete branch operations across Nashik and assigned Marathwada locations.
- Lead, mentor, and develop branch teams to maximize productivity and business performance.
- Build and strengthen relationships with brokers, agents, corporates, channel partners, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure branch profitability while monitoring operational efficiency and business KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with IRDAI regulations, internal policies, and operational guidelines.
- Identify current business opportunities and implement strategies to expand market presence.
- Coordinate with underwriting, claims, operations, finance, and support teams for seamless business execution.
- Drive recruitment, retention, and performance management of branch employees.
- Take complete ownership of branch sales, operations, profitability, and sustainable business growth.

Requirements –

- Graduate (Mandatory).
- 12+ years of experience in the General Insurance industry.
- Minimum 3–4 years of independently handling a Branch/Office Head role.
- Strong understanding of the Nashik and Marathwada insurance markets.
- Proven experience in branch management, sales, operations, business development,



profitability management, and team leadership.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office, and Business MIS Reporting.
