Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Liaisoning Officer to handle government liaisoning, statutory approvals, permits, documentation, and coordination with various government departments for construction and infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle liaisoning with Government Departments, Local Authorities and Statutory Bodies.
- Coordinate for obtaining and renewing various licenses, permits, approvals and NOCs.
- Follow up with government offices for project-related approvals and clearances.
- Maintain proper records of all applications, approvals, licenses and statutory documents.
- Coordinate with Revenue, Corporation/Municipality, Panchayat, PWD, Highways, Electricity, Pollution Control and other relevant departments.
- Handle documentation and submission of applications to concerned authorities.
- Monitor the status and validity of licenses and approvals.
- Coordinate with project/site teams for required statutory documentation.




- Build and maintain professional relationships with government officials and authorities.
- Ensure timely renewal of licenses, permissions and statutory approvals.
- Visit government offices and project locations whenever required.
- Prepare regular status reports on pending approvals and liaisoning activities.
- Support management in resolving government-related project issues.

Qualification

- Any Degree / Diploma; Civil Engineering or relevant qualification preferred.
- 3-8 years of experience in liaisoning, construction or infrastructure projects.
- Positive knowledge of government procedures and statutory approvals.
- Strong communication, follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel to government offices and project sites.
