Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Diagnose mechanical faults and carry out timely repairs.
- Install, align, and commission new mechanical equipment.
- Inspect pumps, motors, compressors, conveyors, gearboxes, valves, bearings, and rotating equipment.
- Replace worn or damaged mechanical components.
- Maintain maintenance records and service reports.
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings and technical manuals.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and maintenance procedures.
- Coordinate with production and engineering teams to minimize equipment downtime.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping in the work area.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical Engineering, Fitter, or related trade.
- 25 years of experience in industrial maintenance (preferred).
- Knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance practices.
- Ability to use mechanical tools and measuring instruments.
- Basic understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Electrical

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment.




- Diagnose and repair electrical faults in motors, control panels, drives, and industrial machines.
- Install, wire, and commission electrical equipment.
- Inspect electrical panels, wiring, breakers, relays, contactors, and switchgear.
- Perform testing using multimeters, clamp meters, insulation testers, and other electrical instruments.
- Troubleshoot PLC-controlled equipment (basic knowledge preferred).
- Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and lockout/tagout procedures.
- Maintain maintenance logs and equipment documentation.
- Support production teams in minimizing equipment downtime.
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma/ITI in Electrical Engineering, Electrician, or related trade.
- 25 years of experience in industrial electrical maintenance (preferred).
- Knowledge of electrical circuits, motors, starters, VFDs, and control panels.
- Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams.
- Familiarity with electrical testing instruments.
- Solid troubleshooting and analytical skills.
