- Drive end-to-end Talent Acquisition for the region, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent in line with manpower plans.
- Collaborate with Regional leadership on manpower planning, budgeting, and workforce optimization strategies.
- Manage and build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver effective HR solutions.
- Responsible for recruitment efficiency, ensure pipeline quality, cost efficiency, and timely closures.
- Support employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, performance management, and exits.
