Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telecaller to join our Admissions & Counselling team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting prospective students/parents, explaining our courses and competitive exam programs, generating leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents.
- Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, references, and enquiries.
- Explain courses, batches, fees, facilities, and admission procedures.
- Understand students' educational and career requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Schedule counselling sessions and campus visits.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, enquiries, and admissions.
- Follow up regularly with interested students until admission closure.
- Achieve monthly call, visit, admission, and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with counsellors and the academic team.
- Maintain professional communication with students and parents.




- Provide daily/weekly reports to the reporting manager.

Eligibility

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
- Freshers can apply; prior telecalling, sales, counselling, or education-sector experience will be an advantage.
- Positive communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Confident, persuasive, and positive attitude.
- Ability to work with targets and follow-up schedules.
