Civil Engineer – Job Description

Location: Lulu Twin Tower
Salary: ₹8,000 per month
Working Hours: Shift-based

- 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- 5:00 PM – 1:00 AM
- 1:00 AM – 9:00 AM

Job Responsibilities

- Monitor and supervise civil and maintenance-related activities.
- Inspect building facilities and identify maintenance requirements.
- Coordinate with maintenance and technical teams.
- Ensure safety and quality standards are followed.
- Maintain records of inspections and maintenance activities.
- Report any structural, electrical, plumbing, or facility-related issues to the concerned team.
- Support day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth functioning of the facility.

Requirements

- Diploma/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Basic knowledge of building maintenance and site supervision.
