Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Line Leader in achieving daily production targets.
- Monitor production line activities and ensure smooth operations.
- Supervise operators and shop-floor manpower during shifts.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, 5S, and safety standards.
- Coordinate with Maintenance and Quality teams to minimize downtime.
- Monitor product quality and reduce rejection and wastage.
- Maintain daily production records, shift reports, and line performance data.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve productivity and efficiency.

- FMCG Manufacturing





Requirements

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Production or Manufacturing.
- Experience in high-speed production lines will be preferred.
- Positive leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work in shifts and overtime as required.
