We are looking for a Recruitment-focused HR Executive to manage the complete hiring process, source suitable candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely recruitment for organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with HODs and department managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Manage joining formalities and basic onboarding.
- Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with management.
- Maintain daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Support basic HR activities such as attendance, employee records, leave, and documentation.

Requirements





- 1–2 years of experience in HR/Recruitment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive candidate sourcing and screening skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
