We are looking for a Social Media Executive with hands-on experience in Meta Ads and social media management to manage and grow our clients' digital presence. The ideal candidate should be creative, analytical, and comfortable handling both organic social media activities and paid advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute social media strategies based on client objectives.
- Create and manage content calendars and ensure timely posting.
- Set up, manage, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns.
- Conduct audience research and create relevant targeting strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, budgets, leads, CPL, CTR, conversions, and ROAS.
- Test different creatives, ad copies, audiences, and campaign objectives.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance and ROI.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, and content writers for ad creatives.
- Track organic social media performance, engagement, reach, and follower growth.
- Research competitors, industry trends,



and trending content.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
- Communicate with clients regarding campaign performance and requirements.
- Stay updated with Meta platform changes, advertising trends, and new features.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of experience in Social Media Management / Meta Ads preferred.
- Strong practical knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Understanding of campaign objectives, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion campaigns.
- Knowledge of basic performance marketing metrics.
- Good understanding of Instagram and Facebook content strategies.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and deadlines.
- Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
