We are seeking a compassionate and qualified Wellness Counsellor to support students in building resilience, emotional intelligence, and a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individual and group counselling sessions for students experiencing academic, emotional, behavioural, or social challenges.
- Identify students requiring additional emotional or psychological support and develop intervention plans.
- Conduct workshops on stress management, emotional well-being, life skills, mental health awareness, bullying prevention, cyber safety, and career readiness.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents,



and school leadership to address students' developmental and behavioural concerns.
- Support students during crisis situations and coordinate referrals to external mental health professionals when required.
- Maintain confidential counselling records and prepare reports as per school policies.
- Promote Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) initiatives across the school.
- Guide students in developing healthy coping strategies, self-confidence, and interpersonal skills.
- Participate in parent counselling sessions, teacher training, and school wellness initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with child protection and safeguarding policies
