JOB DESCRIPTION: -

- Lead the quantity surveying team in preparing accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates of projects.
- Analyze project specifications and drawings prepare site variation statement with in 10days of project awarded.
- Oversee the billing processes, including milestone billing, interim payments, and final account settlements with clients and subcontractors.
- Act as a liaison between clients and site managers, on time NT items / additional works, approval and processing.
- Estimate the quantity and costs of materials for such NT items / additional works
- Assign tasks to internal team and assist with schedule management for certification & billing (clients & vendors)
- Certification & approvals of Sub-contractors bills,



Work order scope and technical terms and conditions, process for payments to accounts after considering deductions / debits, if any Verification, scrutiny & certification of the quantity claimed in bill with respect to client certified bill.
- Coordinate with accounts and issue the Tax invoice to clients based on payment terms.
- Responsible for Payment Follow-up.
- Oversee the project handing over documents prepared by team
- ProjectWise material reconciliation & item wise rate analysis, for all completed projects, as an analysis
