Eligibility

- Fresh graduates (Persons with Disabilities - PwD)
- Positive communication skills (written & verbal)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Strong coordination and organizational skills

Job Responsibilities

- Manage training activities on the Learning Management System (LMS), including enrollments, scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure training readiness.
- Communicate effectively with learners, trainers, and vendors via email and phone.
- Collect and analyze training feedback and support training operations.
- Generate purchase orders and maintain basic financial records.




- Resolve training administration queries and document issues through ticketing systems.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports using MS Excel.
- Support end-to-end training coordination and operational activities.
