Provide technical support to customers via calls (Voice) or chat (Digital) for issues related to electronic appliances, laptops, and smartphones.
Salary Package: CTC: Up to 20,000 per month In-Hand Salary: 16,400 per month
Job & Shift Details: • Job Type: Full Time
- Shift: Rotational Shifts
- Voice: Day Shift Window (8 AM to 5 PM) •
Digital: Day / Evening Shifts
- Work Mode: Work From Office (Mohali)
Eligibility Criteria: • BCA • B.Tech / BE • B.Sc IT • Polytechnic Diploma (after 12th) • PGDCA
