Role & responsibilities

- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring lifecycle across multiple requisitions.
- Sourcing & Pipelining: Source active and passive candidates using Naukri Recruiter, LinkedIn, and professional networks.
- Screening & Assessment: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews, gather timely feedback from hiring managers, and manage candidate communication.
- Offer Management: Roll out job offers, negotiate terms, and oversee seamless onboarding coordination.
- Data & ATS Management: Track hiring metrics and update candidate records accurately using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Preferred candidate profile

- Experience: 4 to 9 years of proven corporate or agency recruitment experience in Life insurance company
- Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Robust proficiency in Boolean search strings, portal sourcing, and ATS software.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
