Key Responsibilities

Salesforce OMS & Commerce Delivery

- Lead end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Order Management (SFOMS).
- Design scalable Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Order-to-Fulfillment solutions.
- Configure and customize Salesforce OMS to support enterprise commerce operations.
- Design order orchestration, fulfillment, returns, exchanges, cancellations, and shipment processes.
- Implement Commerce integrations with ERP, WMS, Payment Gateways, Tax Engines, and Logistics providers.
- Deliver scalable B2B and B2C Commerce Cloud solutions.

B2B/B2C Commerce & Inventory

- Design Salesforce B2C Commerce storefront integrations with OMS.
- Implement Salesforce B2B Commerce solutions for enterprise customers.
- Configure and manage Omnichannel Inventory (OCI).
- Design real-time inventory visibility and inventory reservation processes.
- Implement Buy Online Pick-up In Store (BOPIS), Ship from Store, Endless Aisle, and Distributed Order Management capabilities.

Service Cloud & Omni-Channel

- Configure Omni-Channel routing for customer support.
- Integrate OMS with Salesforce Service Cloud.
- Enable Customer Service Representatives (CSR) with complete order visibility.
- Design customer service workflows for returns, exchanges, refunds, and order modifications.

Technical Leadership

- Lead architecture discussions and technical design.
- Develop scalable Salesforce solutions using:
- Apex
- Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Aura Components
- Flows
- Visualforce

- Lead code reviews and enforce Salesforce best practices.
- Mentor developers and technical consultants.




- Troubleshoot production issues and optimize platform performance.

Integration & Architecture

- Design enterprise integrations using:
- REST APIs
- SOAP APIs
- Platform Events
- Change Data Capture
- Middleware (MuleSoft preferred)

- Integrate Salesforce with:
