Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide academic counseling to students on various courses offered by our organization.
- Handle student queries related to course selection, admission procedures, and career guidance.
- Develop robust relationships with clients through effective communication and customer engagement strategies.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant services or products to existing customers.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (Academic Counselling).
- Excellent telecalling skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining excellent customer relationship management skills.
