Production – Apprentice / Trainee

Responsibilities:

- To follow-up the instruction of Manager-Production and carry out shift production activities.
- Maintain the logbook as per shift activities.
- Ensure all the raw materials are kept ready for the batches and all batch sheets are filled properly.
- Planning and execution of shift related activities during batch execution.
- To ensure online documentation during batch execution as well as on daily basis.
- To conduct SOP training for the operating personnel on regular basis to understand the standard operating procedure and importance of GMP.
- Coordinate with Engineers for the completing the maintenance job in time.
- Monitor usages of PPEs, respiratory protection equipment and ensure maintenance & cleanliness.




- Observe unsafe acts and conditions and take corrective & preventive actions immediately.
- Impart SHE training to operators, helpers and contract workers.
- Identify unsafe conditions and unsafe acts and report to Manager-Production.

Work Location: Digwal – Zaheerabad (Around 100 km from Hyderabad)

Designation: Apprentice or Trainee (Based on candidate skill or college)
