Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead the Order to Cash process from order receipt to cash application, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer orders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing discrepancies, address customer complaints, and improve overall order fulfillment rates.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
- Analyze data to identify trends, optimize processes, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Job Requirements :
- 18-26 years of experience in P2P (Procure-to-Pay) or R2R (Reverse Engineering).
- Robust understanding of order management systems, including order entry, confirmation, invoicing, credit control, collections & cash applications.
- Proven track record in managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders across various functions.
