Job Description:

To support the financial and commercial objectives of the Parts Oil business by managing pricing, budgeting, margin monitoring, and commercial planning. The role focuses on achieving business plan targets, improving gross margins, and ensuring effective price management and cost controls.

Track and report progress on Parts Oil business plan targets (revenue, volume, and profitability).

Coordinate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align commercial planning with growth objectives.

Monitor and analyze gross margin performance across all product categories (Parts, Oil, Accessories).

Support cost reduction initiatives and improve pricing efficiency to meet margin targets.





Conduct monthly variance analysis (plan vs. actual) and provide actionable insights.

Design and implement new pricing strategies for parts and oil based on cost structures and market dynamics.

Assist in annual budget preparation for the Parts Oil division.

Track expenses against budgets and ensure compliance with approved financial plans.

Support current product launches by setting up initial pricing and budgeting frameworks.

Ensure adherence to pricing approvals, commercial guidelines, and statutory requirements (GST, invoicing accuracy).

Designing Incentive scheme for the field employees
