About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with experience in Wellness Products and CP Fittings. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales, developing dealer and client relationships, and promoting premium bath and wellness solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate sales for CP Fittings, Bath & Wellness Products.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, architects, interior designers, builders, and retail clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market visits and networking.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable premium products.
- Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
- Coordinate with the internal team for quotations, orders, deliveries, and after-sales support.




- Conduct product presentations and explain product features, specifications, and benefits.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
- Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in CP Fittings, Bath Fittings, Sanitaryware, Wellness, Luxury Bath, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Good understanding of the architect, interior designer, dealer, and retail market.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and market visits.
- Candidates with an established network among architects, interior designers, dealers, and builders will be preferred.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
