Responsibilities & Key Deliverables
Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and reduce waste.
Conduct time and motion studies to establish standard cycle times.
Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
Perform line balancing studies to optimize workforce utilization.
Determine manpower requirements based on production volume.
Assess machine and production line capacity.
Support recent model launches and production ramp-ups.
Monitor labor productivity and operational efficiency.
Analyze material handling and inventory costs.
Support cost-saving projects and productivity improvement programs.
Improve material flow and workstation ergonomics.
Support expansion and facility modification projects.
