Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage daily store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
- Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets by implementing effective merchandising strategies and promotions.
- Supervise a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, sales data, and other important metrics.
Job Requirements :
- 3-15 years of experience in retail or related field as an Assistant Store Manager or similar role.
- Robust knowledge of store operations, including inventory management and visual merchandising techniques.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems (POS) software.
