Role Overview

This role sits within the Credit Risk Analytics team and is responsible for using data and analytics to drive business decisions across the entire customer credit lifecyclefrom application and account opening through to customer retention, collections, and recoveries.

The successful candidate will analyse large datasets to identify trends, emerging risks, and opportunities, and translate these findings into transparent insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct analytical investigations to understand portfolio performance, customer behaviour, and emerging risk trends.

Identify opportunities for deeper analysis and proactively recommend actions to improve business performance and customer outcomes.

Support the development and optimisation of credit and collections strategies, including application decisioning, retention initiatives, and collections approaches.

Produce high-quality reporting, insights,



and presentations for senior management and governance committees.

Work closely with stakeholders across Risk, Finance, and Commercial teams to influence decision-making through data-driven recommendations.

Act as a subject matter expert within the team, providing analytical and technical support where required.

Ensure all work is completed in line with risk management, data governance, and regulatory requirements.
