Section II: Key Responsibilities

Overview:

Drive project sales by engaging key stakeholders, promoting solutions, and ensuring effective conversion of opportunities into business.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify, develop and engage current large project with leading market sectors

Build relationships with clients, contractors (EPC), applicators, consultants, and project managers

Promote product portfolio (waterproofing, flooring, repair solutions, admixtures, etc.)

Conduct regular site visits and provide technical recommendations to clients

Prepare quotations, negotiate, and close orders

Track project lifecycle from specification to execution

Coordinate with technical, operations and supply chain teams for all quality & timely delivery

Maintain CRM updates and project pipeline tracking

Monitor competitor activity and market trends

Compliance Management

Report management for Key Reports and Sales management

Channel Management

Ensure Timely Collection and credit Control

Skills Required:

Strong sales and negotiation skills





Relationship management with project stakeholders

Basic technical understanding of construction chemicals

Communication and presentation skills

Result-oriented and target-driven

Section III: Job Requirements

Education Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering , Business, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of construction practices and materials

Understanding of waterproofing, flooring, repair systems

Travel Requirement:

Frequent local travel for project/site visits
