Role & responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day hub operations, including inbound, sorting, scanning, dispatch, and last-mile readiness.
- Lead and manage a team of Executives, Field Executives, Ground Coordinators, and Associates.
- Monitor daily operational KPIs such as shipment throughput, productivity, dispatch adherence, SLA compliance, and turnaround time.
- Ensure timely vehicle loading/unloading and dispatch as per operational schedules.
- Maintain manpower planning, shift allocation, attendance, and roster management.
- Conduct daily team briefings and ensure effective communication of operational goals and updates.
- Ensure strict compliance with SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with Transport, Linehaul, Last Mile, Security, and Support functions for seamless operations.
- Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs.
- Monitor inventory of operational assets such as scanners, devices, PPE, and consumables.




- Handle employee engagement, coaching, performance management, and grievance resolution.
- Ensure accurate reporting of daily MIS, productivity reports, and operational dashboards.
- Support audits and ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.
- Manage escalation handling and ensure quick resolution of operational issues.

- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Good understanding of logistics and warehouse operations.
- Knowledge of shipment lifecycle and hub processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and operational reporting.
- Experience with WMS/TMS/HRMS systems is an added advantage.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts and under pressure.
