Responsibilities Accountabilities:

- 1. CAPEX Budget compilation ,allotment Approval
- 2. OPEX Budget compilation, allotment Approval
- 3. Based on the projected quarterly schedules, quarterly allocation of Indirect Material Budget
- 4. Based on the projected monthly schedules, Monthly allocation of Direct Material Budget
- 5. Revenue Budget allocation
- 6. AMC Budget allocation
- 7. Reporting the Daily RT Budget status to the users
- 8. Preparation of monthly report of Capex budget allotted
- 9. Review of current status of the approved Capex OPEX Reporting
- 10. Once commercialization, Review of CAPEX, OPEX Reporting
- 11. Spend analysis reporting
- 12.



Analyzing Reporting of Inventory
- 13. Disposal of Non moving items
- 14. Analyzing Reporting of Non moving inventory
- 15. Define Establish Capex Policy
- 16. Perform KHO Self Audit and initiate action for reported deviations
- 17. Review and Update Risk and Control Matrix periodically
