We are looking for a IT Test Engineer to validate voice-based customer service solutions across AI, IVR, and contact center platforms. Locations - Chandigarh, Hyderabad, Chennai. Remote position.

What We Expect

- Test complete voice and customer journeys, including IVR, AI conversations, routing, transfers, and backend updates.
- Identify and reproduce issues across different customer scenarios and unexpected inputs.
- Validate APIs and integrations between AI, telephony, agents, and business systems.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end validation.
- Clearly document issues and work with technical teams to resolve and retest them.
- Understand business requirements and convert them into practical test scenarios.

Requirements

- 5+ years of software testing experience. MUST




- Experience with voice, IVR, contact center, voicebot, or conversational AI solutions.
- API testing experience using Postman or similar tools.
- Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Genesys Cloud or similar contact center platform experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Night shift position

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
