Job Description

We are looking for a Deputy Area Manager to manage relationships with Virtual Relationship Managers (VRMs), Team Leaders and Regional Unit Heads and drive life insurance business through the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with VRMs, Team Leaders and Regional Unit Heads.
- Work closely with the team to achieve sales and business targets.
- Promote Bajaj Life insurance products and explain product benefits to VRMs.
- Train and guide VRMs on products, sales techniques and processes.
- Generate and improve lead conversion through the VRM channel.
- Monitor sales performance, lead funnel and overall productivity.
- Ensure smooth processing and timely policy issuance.
- Maintain high-quality business and improve policy persistency.
- Conduct regular meetings,



training and coaching sessions.
- Identify areas of improvement and implement action plans.
- Ensure strong coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Track market opportunities and work towards increasing business growth.

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate / Post-Graduate in any discipline. MBA preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales / BFSI / Life Insurance preferred.
- Strong relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation and convincing skills.
- Positive knowledge of life insurance products and processes.
- Ability to train, coach and motivate teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of sales planning and lead/funnel management.
- Target-oriented and comfortable working in a sales environment.
- Age: Up to 30 years.
