Key Responsibilities

- Manage B2B & B2C hotel reservations through calls, emails, WhatsApp, OTAs, and direct channels.
- Lead and supervise the Reservations Team and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Handle 50–100+ guest/partner interactions and reservation queries efficiently.
- Manage room availability, inventory, rates, packages, and restrictions across booking channels.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of recent bookings, modifications, cancellations, and refunds.
- Monitor occupancy, room revenue, ADR, and booking trends to maximize revenue.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling of rooms, meal plans, transfers, water sports, and resort experiences.
- Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Housekeeping, F&B;, and Accounts for seamless guest service.




- Manage OTA platforms and ensure rate and inventory parity.
- Handle guest complaints and reservation-related issues professionally.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reservation and revenue reports.
- Follow up on pending bookings, payments, confirmations, and special guest requests.
- Maintain accurate guest records and ensure proper use of the PMS/CRM.
- Train, motivate, and evaluate reservation executives to improve conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, reservation procedures, and service standards.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
