Key Responsibilities

- Experience Strategy: Define and drive the overall experience vision across products and platforms.
- Experience Principles: Establish design principles and standards that guide product experiences across customer touchpoints.
- Product Experience Leadership: Lead multidisciplinary teams across UX, UI, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Service Design, Content Design, and Design Research.
- Team Development: Build, mentor, and scale high-performing experience design teams.
- Design Culture: Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, customer empathy, collaboration, and design excellence.
- Design Governance: Establish scalable design processes, standards, governance, and quality practices.
- User Research: Lead customer research, usability studies, journey mapping, contextual inquiry, ethnographic research, and user testing.
- Product Discovery: Translate customer insights and research findings into product opportunities and experience improvements.
- Design Validation: Continuously validate product assumptions through research, experimentation, prototyping, and usability testing.
- Design Excellence: Drive continuous improvement across User Research, Product Discovery, Information Architecture, Experience Mapping, Interaction Design, Visual Design, Design Systems, DesignOps, Accessibility, and Usability.
- AI-Augmented Design: Leverage AI-powered tools for ideation, wireframing, prototyping, documentation, content generation, and usability evaluation.
- AI Design Governance:



Establish responsible AI-assisted design practices while ensuring accessibility, usability, consistency, and quality.
- Design Systems: Build and govern enterprise design systems across products and platforms.
- Design Standards: Define reusable interaction patterns, UI components, accessibility standards, design tokens, and design guidelines.
- Engineering Collaboration: Partner with Engineering teams to ensure consistent and scalable implementation of design systems.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, Architects, Engineers, Data Scientists, Security Architects, and Customer Success teams.
- Business Alignment: Ensure experience decisions align with business objectives, technical feasibility, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
- Design Thinking: Promote customer-centric and design-thinking practices across the organization.

Required Skills

- 10+ years of experience in Experience Design, UX, Product Design, or related fields.
- Strong experience leading experience design organizations for enterprise software products or digital platforms.
- Deep expertise in UX, UI, Interaction Design, Information Architecture, and Service Design.
- Experience building and scaling enterprise design systems.
- Strong understanding of customer research, usability testing, journey mapping, and design thinking.
- Experience designing enterprise SaaS products, cloud-native applications, or financial technology platforms.
- Strong knowledge of modern design tools such as Figma, FigJam, Adobe Creative Suite, Miro, or similar platforms.
- Experience leveraging AI-powered design tools to improve design productivity and quality.
- Strong understanding of accessibility, usability, and inclusive design.
- Robust collaboration skills across Product, Engineering, Architecture, Data, Security, and Business teams.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, presentation, and leadership skills.
