About the Role:

SMS Enterprises is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and support the company's growth. The ideal candidate should be confident in communicating with customers, generating leads, and converting business opportunities into long-term client relationships.

This role is suitable for candidates who are passionate about sales, marketing, customer engagement, and business growth. The candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic business setting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through online research, cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, and networking.
- Contact prospective customers and schedule meetings or presentations.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team to prepare proposals and quotations.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and project discussions until closure.
- Maintain an updated customer database and sales pipeline.




- Support tender identification and business development activities on government and private portals.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns and lead generation.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Preferred Skills:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Confidence in speaking with clients over phone and video meetings.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, email marketing, and CRM tools is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Quick learner with a positive attitude.

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Commerce, or any related discipline.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Salary Package:

- Performance-based salary package.

Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹180,000.00 per year
