The quality of these conversations directly influences trek registrations, making the Trek Advisor team one of the strongest drivers of our growth and revenue.

As the Team Lead of the Trek Advisor team, you don't just manage people, you build a high-performing team that inspires more people to step into the outdoors. The culture you create, the standards you set, and the people you develop will directly influence the growth of Indiahikes and, in turn, contribute to the growth of trekking in our country.

Your core responsibilities:

- Build a smarter and more efficient team using AI and the latest tools to improve reporting, forecasting, analysis, and communication.
- Reduce repetitive work through automation so the team can focus on high-impact work.
- Identify opportunities for growth across treks, seasons, and trekkers’ behaviour.
- Set the direction for growth by studying past and current trends
- Lead by example in fitness, sustainability, humility, and care. Share your own journey and inspire the team to practise our values.

What you need to come with:

- Age: Between 27 and 35 years
- BMI: Between 18.5 and 23.9
- Work experience:



At least 3-4 years in any industry with a proven track record of leading teams
- Excellent people management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior trek experience is preferred, if it’s with Indiahikes, even better!
- Proficient in CRM systems and relevant technology tools

Salary: This is a full-time position based out of Bengaluru. Salary could start between Rs 7-9 LPA.
