- Training Delivery: Conduct classroom, virtual, and on-the-job training (OJT) for new hires and existing sales consultants.
- Product Expertise: Teach vehicle specifications, tech features, pricing, financing options, and competitor comparisons.
- Process & Soft Skills: Train staff on the complete sales pipeline—from lead generation and prospecting to test drives, objection handling, and closing.
- Performance Coaching: Run role-play sessions, evaluate skill gaps, and provide live floor coaching to boost conversion ratios.
- Compliance & Reporting: Monitor adherence to OEM standards, track learning management system (LMS) usage, and report metrics (MIS) to management.
