About the Role

We are looking for a creative, proactive, and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to manage and execute social media activities for our clients. The ideal candidate should understand social media trends, content formats, audience engagement, and day-to-day page management.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant platforms.
- Plan and execute monthly social media content calendars.
- Ideate content for posts, carousels, reels, stories, campaigns, and other social formats.
- Write engaging captions, hooks, CTAs and basic social media copy.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, content writers, and other internal teams for timely content delivery.
- Schedule and publish content as per the approved content calendar.
- Monitor comments, DMs, mentions, and audience engagement.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, Reels, trending audio, hashtags, platform updates and competitor activities.
- Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns and brand activations.
- Coordinate with influencers/creators whenever required.
- Track social media performance including reach, impressions, engagement, follower growth and content performance.




- Prepare basic monthly social media reports and suggest improvements based on insights.
- Handle multiple client accounts and ensure timely execution of deliverables.

Required Skills

- 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management / Digital Marketing.
- Agency experience and experience handling multiple brands will be preferred.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
- Good content ideation and copywriting skills.
- Strong understanding of Reels, Stories, trends and short-form content.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and/or CapCut is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting.
- Valuable communication and coordination skills.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, manage deadlines and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Should be proactive, responsible and willing to learn.

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Marketing, Mass Media, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
