A hydraulic fabricator builds, installs, and repairs metal parts, tubing, and mechanical frameworks for fluid power systems. They read blueprints, operate heavy shop tools, and assemble hydraulic lines, pumps, and cylinders used in industrial machinery, vehicles, and heavy equipment.
Core Responsibilities
- System Assembly: Build and mount hydraulic components, power units, and manifolds.
- Tube & Pipe Bending: Measure, cut, bend, and flare metal tubing or hoses to exact specifications.
- Metal Fabrication: Cut, grind, and weld structural brackets or frames using MIG, TIG, or stick welding.
- Blueprint Reading: Interpret technical schematics, layout plans, and engineering drawings.
- Testing & Troubleshooting: Inspect fluid lines and connections for leaks, pressure faults, or mechanical wear
Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
