Tour Leader

A Tour Leader is responsible for leading and coordinating tours while ensuring a smooth, protected, and enjoyable experience for all travelers. The Tour Leader will be the main point of contact for clients during the tour, provide guidance and assistance, coordinate with service providers, handle unexpected situations, and support the company in achieving its sales targets.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in any field. Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, sales, or customer service is an advantage.

Key ResponsibilitiesTour Operations

- Lead and coordinate groups throughout the tour according to the planned itinerary.
- Ensure accommodation, transportation, activities, sightseeing, and other arrangements are properly coordinated.
- Coordinate with hotels, drivers, guides, restaurants, activity providers, and other suppliers.
- Monitor the tour schedule and ensure timely departures, arrivals, and activities.
- Distribute travel documents, tickets, and other required information to clients.
- Ensure the tour runs smoothly and according to the planned itinerary.

Customer Service

- Act as the main point of contact for clients during the tour.
- Welcome and assist travelers throughout the journey.
- Provide information about destinations, attractions, activities, and local culture.
- Handle customer questions, requests, complaints, and unexpected situations professionally.
- Assist clients in case of emergencies or changes to the itinerary.
- Maintain good relationships with clients and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Collect customer feedback and report important issues to management.

Sales Responsibilities

- Promote and sell tour packages, excursions,



activities, and optional services to clients.
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional activities, upgrades, transfers, and other travel services.
- Explain available products, prices, inclusions, and special offers clearly to customers.
- Encourage repeat bookings and referrals through excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and bookings made during the tour.
- Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and potential sales opportunities.

Tour & Administrative Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of bookings, client information, tour expenses, and sales.
- Ensure all necessary travel documents and arrangements are ready before the tour.
- Prepare for each tour by reviewing the itinerary, bookings, client requirements, and special requests.
- Communicate any changes, delays, or operational issues to the relevant team.
- Provide a tour report and feedback to management after completing the tour.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
- 2+ years of experience in any field.
- Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality, sales, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong customer-service and problem-solving skills.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills.
- Friendly, confident, and professional personality.
- Knowledge of popular travel destinations and tourist attractions is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel frequently and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
