Job description:

Al Burj Builders & Developers is looking for a responsible and motivated Site Supervisor – Civil to join our team for a construction project in Kottakkal, Kerala. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising day-to-day construction activities, coordinating with workers and contractors, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that work is carried out according to project requirements, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site
- Coordinate and manage workers, subcontractors, and site teams
- Monitor work progress and ensure timely completion of assigned activities
- Ensure construction work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and instructions
- Check the quality of workmanship and materials used at the site
- Coordinate with engineers, architects, contractors, and project teams
- Monitor material requirements and usage at the site




- Conduct regular site inspections and report progress and site-related issues
- Maintain daily site reports and records
- Ensure proper housekeeping and adherence to site safety practices

Requirements:

- B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 1 year of experience in civil construction or site supervision
- Valuable understanding of construction methods, materials, and site execution
- Ability to read and understand civil/structural drawings
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage workers and coordinate with different site teams
- Willingness to work at the construction site in Kottakkal
- Knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage
