Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Admission Counselor who can effectively guide and convince students to enroll in our salon training courses. The candidate should have strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a passion for sales and counseling.

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel walk-in and online inquiries about salon courses (hair, beauty, makeup, etc.)

Explain course details, fees, career opportunities, and perks to students

Convert leads into admissions through effective communication and follow-ups

Maintain and update student database and inquiry records

Coordinate with the marketing team for lead generation activities

Handle calls, WhatsApp queries, and social media inquiries professionally

Achieve monthly admission targets

Requirements:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in counseling / sales (preferably education or salon industry)

Excellent communication and convincing skills

Presentable and confident personality

Basic knowledge of salon or beauty courses is a plus

Target-driven and self-motivated

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per hour
