Job Title: Telecaller Executive (Sales & Calling)

We are looking for a motivated and energetic Telecaller Executive who can handle outbound sales calls and convert leads into customers. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with potential clients, explaining our products/services, and generating sales.

Responsibilities:

- Daily outbound calling to potential customers
- Explain products/services clearly and professionally
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Follow up with interested customers
- Maintain call records and update CRM/data
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets

Requirements:

- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Confident and convincing speaking skills
- Basic knowledge of computer (Excel, calling software)
- Sales experience preferred (Freshers can also apply)
- Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
