Job Overview

We are looking for experienced Business Development Executives/Managers to join our Inside Sales team. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships in domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate, qualify, and convert B2B leads.
- Handle inside sales through phone calls, emails, and online platforms.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with domestic and international clients.
- Present products and services effectively to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close business deals.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and support.

Required Skills





- Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with CRM software and lead generation tools is preferred.

Eligibility

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Inside Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in international sales will be an added advantage.
