We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise backend and field operations.
- Coordinate with clients and handle day-to-day interactions.
- Monitor operational performance and ensure timely completion of verification activities.
- Prepare and share operational reports with clients and management.
- Handle client and operational escalations effectively.
- Manage monthly billing and payment processes.
- Lead and support operational teams to ensure service quality and adherence to timelines.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in field verification.
- Robust client relationship and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Good knowledge of MIS reporting and operational processes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
