Role & responsibilities

- Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for production, quality, maintenance, stores, and engineering positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, job portals, employee referrals, and social media.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and department heads.
- Handle offer roll-out, salary negotiation, and candidate onboarding activities.
- Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers regularly.
- Ensure timely closure of manufacturing and plant hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with consultants and internal stakeholders for bulk hiring activities.
- Verify candidate documents and support joining formalities.




- Ensure recruitment process compliance and achieve hiring targets within deadlines.

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA (HR) qualification is mandatory.
- Must have experience in blue-collar recruitment.
- Candidates with manufacturing industry hiring experience will be add advantage.
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment for shop floor and plant positions is an added advantage.
- Male candidates are preferred.
